Nexori FollowUp Pro — Terms of Sale

Effective date: September 28, 2026

These terms apply when you buy a Nexori FollowUp Pro subscription for the Nexori FollowUp for WhatsApp Web Chrome extension (“the extension”).

1. Seller

Nexori FollowUp Pro is sold by Nexori Studio (“Nexori”, “we”), British Columbia, Canada. Your purchase is a contract between you and Nexori Studio. Google, the Chrome Web Store, WhatsApp and Meta do not sell, process or support this subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe on our behalf; your card details go directly to Stripe and are not received by Nexori.

2. What Pro includes

The extension is free to install. The Free plan allows up to 25 saved contacts. Pro adds unlimited saved contacts and Google Sheets sync while your subscription is active.

3. Price and billing

• US$7 per month, or US$59 per year, charged in US dollars (USD). The price and billing period are shown before you pay.
• Your first payment is taken at checkout. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion fees.
• The total you will pay is shown on the Stripe checkout page before you confirm, and on your receipt.

4. Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) and the same payment method is charged, until you cancel. If we change the price, we will tell you before the change applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

5. Cancellation

• You can cancel at any time: in the extension, open the Plan tab and choose Manage / cancel subscription (Stripe’s secure customer portal), or email info@nexori.xyz.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Pro stays active until then, and you are not charged again.
• Removing the license key from the extension does not cancel the subscription.

6. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable. When you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not give refunds or credits for partial periods or unused time, except where applicable law requires it. If you believe a charge was made in error (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us and we will look into it.

7. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry it and Pro is paused until the payment succeeds. You can update your payment method in Manage / cancel subscription.

8. Your data when Pro ends

Your CRM data is stored locally in your Chrome profile, and nothing is deleted when Pro ends. The extension returns to the Free plan: if you have more than 25 saved contacts, all of them stay visible and can be exported and backed up, but adding new contacts and editing CRM data are paused until you are back within the Free limit or subscribe again. Google Sheets sync stops; the spreadsheet already in your Google Drive stays there.

9. License key

After payment, your license key is emailed to the address used at checkout. It is for your own use; keep it private. Pro is activated only by entering the key in the extension.

10. No affiliation

Nexori FollowUp is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp, Meta or Google. The extension never sends WhatsApp messages for you; you always press Send yourself.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you buy or renew applies to that payment. Significant changes will be announced on this page before they apply.
